Planes In The Sky

  • The Gallery At Atlantic Wharf 280 Congress Street Boston, MA, 02210 United States (map)

The Fort Point Arts Community invited my Triple Fluid Collision 1/50 3D-printed scuplture to be in a new show called Planes In The Sky, curated by Renée Ricciardi.

"The show highlights how advancements alter the landscape. We look at layers of technology over time, the way a new era edits the old. Work that shows change and modernization of an old world are encouraged.

How does technology alter the human and natural landscape? How will we as a species evolve and our bodies change over time? Planes in the Sky queries the significance and consequences of human progress.

What does innovation really mean, and how do we live with ingenuity? Is progress synonymous with advancement? Is innovation meant to happen chronologically? How do we build upon archaic infrastructure to make it current?"

Opening reception is Wednesday, May 24, 6-8pm.
